The Big Diversity Lie

What we're missing about homogeneous cultures

McClatchy DC recently released its list of the “Top 10 Most Free Nations.”

This year’s list was somewhat notable due to the continued phenomenon of the United States’ ranking dropping like Hillary Clinton on a New York sidewalk. However, buried in the data was another list, this one ranking the “safest nations in the world”. I was eager to see which Muslim nations made the list this year.

“Oh, I’d say we’re very safe, you don’t even know who I am”

I figured that any nation centered around Sharia Law and the “religion of peace” was bound to be heaven on Earth. I was sure that Mexico was near the top spot. After all, this would explain our leaders pathological desire to transform our country into Mexico. Maybe the United States had fought its way to number one, on the backs of all the legal and illegal immigrants the Obama administration has let in. Our diversity is our strength, right? Are we not “Stronger Together,” as Hillary Clinton says?

I’m just kidding, of course, I am not a cuck and the rankings pretty much confirmed my world view.

Cultures that take pride in things like home renovations.

In order starting with safest, the nations were listed as Hong Kong, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, and Sweden. In essence, it would appear to the untrained (or un-cucked) observer that the safest nations in the world are the ones with the least amount of diversity.

Hong Kong is a bastion of homogenous overpopulation. As a six foot tall white male, I would stand out in Hong Kong more than a Prius at a tractor pull. Iceland is essentially an island family reunion for ancient Nordic families. Not only were virtually all of the nation’s inhabitants born there, but many of them can trace their ancestry on the island back to the Sagas of a thousand years ago.

Collectively, the people of Finland, Ireland, and Sweden are about as diverse as the audience at a David Allan Coe concert. Also worth mentioning, all of the safest nations are either Scandinavian or historically connected to Great Britain, in some cases both. In other words, the countries that are safest are those in the lineage of “Western Civilization.”

These are people who have historically put a large emphasis on hard work, sacrifice, and delayed gratification.

Despite geographically making up the vast majority of the populated world, no nations from Africa, the Middle East, or the Americas made the list. With that in mind, how does importing people from these nations into our country make us safer? For leaders of Western nations to say that immigration from these countries makes us stronger would be like Patriots owner Robert Kraft saying that replacing Tom Brady with a high school quarterback makes the team stronger. It is asinine and insulting, as the only thing it makes stronger is the Democrats electoral clout. Aside from terrorism, genital mutilation, honor killings, welfare fraud, and a huge increase in body odor on public transit, what cultural enrichment can we expect from places like Somalia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and the Congo?

With the possibility of a Trump presidency, now is the time for Western chauvinists to challenge the wisdom of our immigration and refugee policies and ask, if we must flood our country with foreigners, why not Swedes instead of Syrians, Somalis, and Sinaloans?

Derek Wray was born and raised in the People's Republic of California. He works in law enforcement and enjoys firearms, music, mixed martial arts, and freedom. He is also patriotic, politically incorrect, and kind of an asshole.

Even though you pointed out most of the countries that fit this model, I would also like to mention Japan. After living in Japan for two years, there is no surprise they would be close to the top of this list as well. An island nation that’s been calling it’s own cadence for thousands of years makes the most sense to me when it comes to a harmonious society. Also, they are very exclusive as both a culture and as a sovereign nation state.

  • The truth is racist.

“We need to get rid of our liberal preconceptions. Men are not born equal, this is something which has not yet got through to the politicians, and it is by no means clear that all races are equally gifted.” – Dr. Francis Crick, Nobel Prize winner and co-discoverer of DNA
