Virginia Has Been Infiltrated by a Liberal Migrant Crisis

It’s over for my home state. It’s gone full libtard.

It’s been invaded by hordes of job-hungry, liberal-minded individuals, hailing from states with failing liberal policies and strangers from just about every part of the known world. It looks like there isn’t any sign of stopping the amount of growth in the state, which roughly translates to log-jammed roads and making things more expensive for those of us who are simply trying to get to work on time and live in neighborhoods that are halfway decent. That’s becoming more of an impossibility every day when Washington D.C. registers as having some of the worst traffic in the Nation and proudly boasts about its expensive median home prices.  But aside from taking one relentless jab after another to my wallet, the worst to come along with this infiltration is that my vote is now certified irrelevant in local, state and federal elections due to the likes of those who wish to stay naive and impressionable to the ‘Free Stuff Party’.

Most of those who have left their home states have done so in order to escape the plummeting doom that’s associated with ‘any-and-all’ policies of liberal politics and they’re bringing their voting habits with them. Head down to the densely populated locales of Falls Church, Old Town Alexandria and Arlington-Ballston and you’ll find the quintessential millennial fucktard walking about the streets: young, tone deaf to current events, (ashamedly) white and blindly liberal. No analysis of their life choices. No introspect (or retrospect) of why they had to leave their home states in the first place to find employment. They’ve moved like swarms of locusts and have destroyed a state full of individuals who enjoy their freedom from the overreach of an offensive government. Now we’re stuck with politicians who appear to have an addiction to tax revenue and cannot stop spending money they don’t have. This is where it really starts to hurt the cultural fabric of our state.

Let’s start with our leadership.

Virginia currently has a carpetbagger from New York State as Governor (Terry McAuliffe) who is all too well-connected to the Clinton Money Machine and Tim Kaine, a career politician who is pretending to represent the people of Virginia as Senator while running as Clinton’s Vice President on the Democrat Ticket. Neither of these snakes two would be anywhere near political power in this state had it not been for the immense voting power wielded between the North Virginian counties of Loudoun, Fairfax and Alexandria. Those three, coincidentally all happen to be co-located and, are the serendipitous recipients of a hyperbolic job market that is near peerless during a time where the economy continues to putter alongWant a job in Northern Virginia? Easy. Just get a tech degree and please cancel out my vote.

That’s at the state level. Look now when it comes time for voting for President.

In 2008 and in 2012, President Barack Obama won the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 200,000 more votes than John McCain and Mitt Romney (respectively), which underscores the dense enclave of liberal voters in Northern Virginia, an electoral center of gravity that now slides Virginia into almost complete Democrat control and ensures the hysterical, laughing clown gets the 13 electoral votes she needs to ascend to her iron throne at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

What’s happening to parts of Northern Virginia is almost parallel to that of Colorado and Texas. Californians are escaping their west coast dystopia for better job opportunities in conjunction with a cheaper cost of living– except for the fact that the denser the population, the more expensive everything becomes. If you disagree with me, then please explain New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. So while the price for real estate might be a short-term positive for those who currently own a home in Colorado, the novelty doesn’t last for long when everything costs absurdly more and the elbow room you once enjoyed is now filled in with homogeneous shopping centers and apartment complexes that are a complete eyesore.

So back to Virginia. My state finds itself to be a new home for those who can’t find jobs in their own states and have ascended onto the Commonwealth. Their votes count just as much as mine, which means mine doesn’t count at all and now all forms of common sense has left.  Our Governor is acting like a fucking King who decides who gets to vote and who doesn’t, a Senator who doesn’t represent a single thing I stand for,  another Senator who is just as much a fucktard as the other one  plus city ordinances that only appear once dumb-asses from liberal states arrive en masse.

What can we do about? I am not sure at this point what to do. The virus is spreading faster and there isn’t a cure available for the expansive largess and obtuse nature of Government (Frederic Bastiat wrote about this 150 years ago). If nothing else, be glad this is happening to me in Virginia and know the signs before your state turns into a haven of hipster trash and liberal shitheads. Have an escape plan ready. I heard that Northern Idaho is really nice this time of the year.

Born in Indiana but was raised in Connecticut and Virginia. Joined the United States Marine Corps in 2001 and spent 8 years visiting exotic places, meeting strange people and always having a plan to kill everyone he met along the way. Has (4) tours of combat under his belt, both in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now has a much calmer lifestyle with his wife, Cristina. Enjoys powerlifting, drinking whiskey, shooting guns in the (still) free state of Virginia and making liberals lose their fucking minds. You can reach him at @mattycakes0231 on Twitter.

Apropos. You forgot the biggest reason people flock to the area is due to the largest social safety net in the world, the US government.

  • I can still remember when Fairfax County was reliably Republican and conservative: that was only 20 years ago. We saw the trend, and moved out to Prince William County. but the Blue Blight expanded to there as well. By the time it reaches our new home in the Shenandoah, my wife and I will be reliable Democrat voters: that is to say, dead, and some activist registers our names for more fake voters. . .
